Rewinder W-180

The wrapping paper rewinder is installed above the stripping assist and supports the removal of the roll packaging material.

The operator inserts the wrapping paper into the opening of the clamping jaws. Then the jaws of the rewinder unit are closed via pushbutton. The rewinding station rotates synchronously with the stripping assist as soon as this starts to turn. The packaging is now automatically rewound. After rewinding, the unit can be swung through 45° and the firm roll can be easily removed from the winding cylinder.

Wrapping Remover / EVA

The packaging rewinder is a great help for the disposal of the stiff, heavy packaging from wide rolls of paper.

This machine is located immediately behind the unpacking station. It comprises the feed conveyor with belts and pressure rollers, the winder, the flattening station and the cutter unit.

Function sequence The operator cuts open the outer wrapping; one end falls on to the feed conveyor and is seized by the pressure rollers. The outer wrapping is now pulled from the roll and guided to the winder. This seizes the incoming web and winds it on to the winding shaft. When the entire outer wrapping is removed and wound, it is ejected from the winding shaft by means of a pusher and arrives at the cutter unit via the flattening station. The short, flattened, wound objects are then collected in the waste container.
